– 5 ripe red tomatoes
– 2 buffalo mozzarella
– Extra virgin olive oil
Cut the tomatoes and mozzarella slices with the same thickness. In an alternate dish in a tomato slice of mozzarella. Crumble oregano on a plate , sprinkle with salt and seasoned with a little oil .
