Apple cake


     1 kg. apple
     6 tablespoons sugar
     1 tablespoon cinnamon
     1 vanilla sugar
     3 tablespoons semolina
     2 eggs
     4 tablespoons sugar
     pinch of salt
     4 tablespoons oil
     4 tablespoons milk
     1 vanilla sugar
     Baking powder 1/2
     3oo gr. flour


Clean and scrape apples, add sugar, cinnamon, vanilla sugar and semolina and mix.

Break eggs and add powdered sugar and vanilla mix until sugar melts, then add salt, oil, milk, flour and baking powder and mix to homogenize hull.

Wallpaper tray with baking paper and pour half apples composition then the rest of the composition.

Prick with a fork from place to place and sprinkle a tablespoon of granulated sugar and bake in oven preheated introduce 180 degrees for 40 minutes.

When nicely browned remove the pan and let the cake cool in the pan.
