Here is a quick and simple dinner, which is easy to make and healthy to eat!
Full time: 25-30 minutes
You will need:
1 lb. cod
1 pint mushrooms, chopped in half
1/4 cup plain bread crumbs
2 tbsp lemon juice
1 tbsp soy sauce
1 tsp salt
1 tsp ground pepper
1/4 tsp ground onion
1/4 tsp ground garlic
Let us begin:
Preheat oven to 350 and spray a baking dish with cooking spray.
Layout fish in the baking dish.
Season with salt, pepper, onion, and garlic.
Sprinkle over bread crumbs.
Place mushroom over and around fish.
Moisten fish and mushrooms with soy sauce and lemon juice.
Bake in oven for 15-20 minutes or until cooked through.
Remove from oven and serve with fresh lemon wedges, enjoy!
