Banitsa

1 package of pie crusts (400g) or some fine pastry400g cheese 
4 eggs 

1 ½ tea cup of sour milk or you will probably find so called eco milk

150g melted butter/margarine or more likely used in Bulgaria sunflower oil


Tray is coated with a little oil on the bottom and arrange 2 pastry sheets. Crushing on them a little cheese. Put two new sheets. Again Sprinkle with cheese and so on until the tray is full. Cut it with a sharp knife into pieces and pour melted butter. In a pan whisk the eggs with the milk and pour it over, wait until absorbed all the liquid. You can also add some soda water for better result into the mixture with the eggs. Bake in a moderate oven until golden normally 180C/30min. Enjoy your meal!
