How to Make Brasciole

Today I will be showing you how to make Brasciole.


1/2 Clove of Garlic for each Brasciole
Few Parsley leaves for each Brasciole
A pinch of Salt for each Brasciole
Pinch of Ground Pepper for each Brasciole
Teaspoon of Parmigiana cheese for each Brasciole

How to Prepare it:

Begin by slicing the meat into thin pieces. Then evenly put salt onto the meat. Next put the ground pepper and parmigiana cheese. Lastly put the parsley leaves.

Now you need to roll up each Brasciole.

Next you can add them to a tomato sauce.
