Shepherd’s Pie – 4 Ingredients

Shepherd’s Pie


1 lb. hamburger meat
6 medium potatoes
3/4 milk
8 oz. shredded cheddar cheese


Brown and drain hamburger meat. Boil potatoes until tender. Drain. Add 3/4 cup of milk. Mash until smooth. Layer three ingredients in 2 qt. casserole dish. First hamburger, then mashed potatoes and finally shredded cheese. Bake in over at 350 degrees for 20 minutes or until cheese melts.
